Explore MyPhilippines: Bag of Beans, Tagaytay City

Image
Bag of Beans, Tagaytay City Bag of Beans is one of the must visit places in Tagaytay City. I am witness to how Bag of Beans has grown from a small coffee shop to an established dining place that it is now today.  Bag of Beans has also opened several branches along the Tagaytay City tourist stretch with six branches as of this writing. Bag of Beans caters as events venue and is one of the preferred wedding venues in Tagaytay City. Bag of Beans is also now into Bed and Breakfast accommodation. For this particular visit, me and my Family came for lunch. The food is really nice! Of course coffee and dessert after lunch is a must!  It was definitely worth the travel! Road Trip to PAGUDPUD

Road Trip to Pagudpud

This road trip to Pagudpud is not planned at all...

I just got a message from a friend asking where we will be going during the holidays...

Prior to my friends message, we are actually looking to go out of town, but has not finalized where to go... options were to Baguio City... or to Villa Escudero in Quezon.

Baguio City was reported to be experiencing a very cold weather, so we are a bit hesitant since we might not enjoy it much.

On the other hand, we can't contact Villa Escudero for a reservation... so off we agree to join my friend to a road trip to Pagudpud.

This road trip, took us to the beautiful sceneries of Vigan, Laoag, Batac, and Pagudpud.

Day 1: Vigan
Places visited: Preserved centuries old ancestral homes of Vigan, Cabugao Beach Resort
Places Visited: Laoag, Cape Bojeador LightHouse, Saud Beach Resort

Places Visited: Blue Lagoon, Patapat Bridge, Agua Grande Picnic Park, Bangui WindMills, Sand Dunes, Rio Del Grande
More on Day 3 Road Trip Destinations...

Day 4: Batac, Vigan, Travel back home.
Places Visited: Rio Del Grande, Marcos Museum

Hi!

Here's some breakdown of our expenses. This is based on the fact that we did not prepare for this trip... it was a come what may kind of thing... so we don't have any hotel reservations... :D

1st Day: We spent the night at Cabugao Beach Resort. This is after Vigan. Cost: Php 3,700.oo per room per day.

2nd Day: We spent the night at an DOT accredited HomeStay near Saud Beach in Pagudpud... We actually got a house with 2 rooms. Cost: Php 2,000.oo per room per day.

3rd Day: We spent the night in Rio Del Grande in Laoag. Cost: Php 2,200.oo per room per day.

Yes, I did drive using our own car.

Gasoline: We filled up 4 full tanks at about 1,200.oo per filling... thus total of Php 4,800.oo, but the last full tank has plenty to spare.

Hope this will be of help to you.

Enjoy and Have a safe trip!
