Explore MyPhilippines: Bag of Beans, Tagaytay City

 Bag of Beans, Tagaytay City Bag of Beans is one of the must visit places in Tagaytay City. I am witness to how Bag of Beans has grown from a small coffee shop to an established dining place that it is now today.  Bag of Beans has also opened several branches along the Tagaytay City tourist stretch with six branches as of this writing. Bag of Beans caters as events venue and is one of the preferred wedding venues in Tagaytay City. Bag of Beans is also now into Bed and Breakfast accommodation. For this particular visit, me and my Family came for lunch. The food is really nice! Of course coffee and dessert after lunch is a must!  It was definitely worth the travel! How to go to BOHOL: Manila - Tagbilaran by Plane This trip will assume the starting point as coming from Manila. There are several daily flights coming from Manila to Tagbilaran. These flights are being offered by Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific. These flights takes off from either the NAIA Terminal 2 (Centennial Ternimal) or the Manila Domestic Airport. Travel from Manila to Tagbilaran by plane is around 1.5 hours. Once in Tagbilaran, you can hire transportation services while in the airport. BOHOL: Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers Bohol is the tenth largest island in the Philippines. Bohol is where the Chocolate Hills is... one of the candidates for the Seven (7) Wonders of Nature for 2008! Chocolate Hills of Bohol is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the Philippines. It is composed of around 1,268 perfectly cone-shaped hills, all about the same size, spread over an area of more than 50 sq km. The hills are covered in green grass that turns brown during the dry season, thus giving them the name "Chocolate Hills." Bohol is home to Tarsiers, the world's smallest primate, a tiny and shy animal with oversized eyes. JUNE 12 is Philippine Independence Day! June 12 marks the Philippine Indepence Day! It was on this day in 1898, when the first official Philippine Flag was raised by the First President of the Republic of the Philippines, Pres. Emilio Aguinaldo. This day marks the declaration of the Philippine Independence from the Spanish rule. A big celebration is being hosted by the local government to commemorate this very special day. How to go to AGUINALDO SHRINE This guide will cover the Alabang - Zapote Road route. From Alabang, go straight towards Zapote. When you reach the end of the Alabang-Zapote Road, take the fly-over. Stay on the left side and look for a U-turn slot. Take the U-turn slot and swerve towards the right side. You will see a right turn slot just before the start of the fly-over. Turn right here. This is a two-way lane. Proceed towards the Coastal Road and turn left towards Aguinaldo Hi-Way. Go straight until you reach the SM Bacoor. Turn right until you reach the bridge. Turn right on the first street after the bridge and go straight until you reach in intersection. Turn right towards Kawit, Cavite. Turn right again until you see the Aguinaldo Shrine.
